Presenting “Forgotten Territories” in the Degree show of Royal College Of Art. an installation of works composed by oil paintings on metal and linen. I generate a dialogue in between each other within the past fire events and the actual landscape in this moment. Material landscape hidden in the back (metal) transforms into the incident by cleaning and leaving the power of the material, while in the front curve horizon painting converts into the carnal landscape that remains in the present condition of the Peruvian Amazon. The installation invites the audience to experience painting in a 3 dimensional way, creating a path to re discover the history wile they go around. The canvas becomes an extension of my landscape and at the same time a connection into my inner body landscapes.
